The past few months have been eventful.
We launched our airdrop. We hit TGE. We listed on multiple exchanges. It’s been fast, chaotic, but most of all, a great opportunity to lay the foundation for what comes next and double down on building something that lasts.
Let’s take a moment to zoom out: what’s happened, what we’ve learned, and where we’re headed.
We started with the Airdrop.
This wasn’t just a distribution event. It was a way to bring our earliest believers into the fold, to reward those who had stuck with us and to seed the future of a vibrant onchain community. It was one of the highest engaged moments in our journey so far and it proved what we’ve known all along: people want what we’re building.
Then came TGE.
A major milestone. One that marked the start of $ANLOG trading and unlocked a new chapter for the project. There were challenges (and that’s life) but the real story is what happened next.
The months following TGE have been about building. Relentlessly and Intentionally.
We’ve been focused on two core pillars:
Utility: Making $ANLOG do more for more people.
Ecosystem growth: Scaling Analog from a village into a city. One with movement, vibrancy, and life on every corner.
That means rolling up our sleeves and shipping.
It means doubling down on products that bring real value to users. It means making sure every new thing we launch is rooted in interoperability, scalability, and liquidity efficiency.
Here’s a glimpse at what we’re working on:
Zenswap: Our omnichain DEX designed for seamless liquidity routing across chains.
Staking V2: A new and improved staking experience, designed to be intuitive, rewarding, and flexible.
Solana + EVM integration: Expanding the surface area for developers and users alike.
Next-gen General Message Passing (GMP): Making it easier than ever to build with Analog and enable real omnichain use cases.
A New Liquidity Provider Program: Helping deepen and stabilize cross-chain liquidity across the board.
Native Stablecoin R&D: Exploring new ways to bring stability and composability into the Analog ecosystem.
Governance & Liquid Staking: Embedding community ownership and DeFi-native dynamics directly into our core infrastructure.
And that's just the beginning.
We're also actively onboarding new partners, integrating projects with our stack, and growing the presence of Analog across chains.
Our North Star hasn’t changed.
We’re here to build the unified liquidity hub for Web3. A future where assets move freely, liquidity flows without friction, and blockchains don’t feel like isolated silos.
The road to get there is long, but we’re well on our way.
We’ve got the battle scars, the roadmap, and the conviction.
But more than anything, we’ve got the responsibility. We know the trust that’s been placed in us. It’s not something we take lightly.
So to everyone who’s still with us: thank you.
Thank you for your patience, your belief, and your commitment. We’re not here to chase hype. We’re here to deliver.
This next chapter is all about execution.
Let’s get to work 👨🍳

Read moreAs the Web3 ecosystem expands, the need for cross-chain interoperability solutions has significantly increased. However, like any technology, cross-chain interoperability solutions present several challenges, with the chief one being the need for a cost-effective gas payment mechanism.

These NFTs offer unique features and capabilities not found in standard NFTs, thanks to their interoperability. In this post, we’ll explore the concept of cross-chain NFTs and explain how Analog GMP’s secure cross-chain NFT design fosters innovation in the Web3 space.
